Keys to desks in two weeks.
Satellites are subject to destabilizing forces. Station keeping is what keeps them in orbit and on mission. We launch your office, then keep it on mission.
Everything after the keys
We handle your office move, from keys in hand to your team's first day. Here's what that covers.
- Desks and chairsPicked, ordered, delivered, built. Sit-stand if you want it.
- Meeting roomsTables, chairs, a screen and a speaker that work on the first call.
- Internet and wifiThe ISP order, the gear, the install appointment nobody wants to sit through.
- Kitchen and coffeeFridge, machine, water, and the first stocking.
- Door accessKeys or fobs for the team, sorted with your landlord.
- Utilities and vendorsPower, cleaning, trash, the recurring stuff set up once.
- Deliveries and assemblyWe're there when the truck is. You're not.
- Finishing touchesPlants, whiteboards, lighting, the things that make it feel like yours.
We don't do construction. If your space needs walls moved or wiring run, we'll say so on the first call and help you find who does.
How it works
- The first callYour team size, your budget, how you want the place to feel. Thirty minutes.
- One plan, one numberWhat you'll get, when it'll be ready, and one total that includes our work. You approve it once. Inside that plan, the small decisions stop reaching you.
- Move inWe handle the orders, the vendors, the deliveries, and the surprises. Our first setup took fourteen days from lease signing to the team's first day.
Then we keep it that way
A satellite stays in its slot because someone makes small corrections on schedule. An office is the same. Once you're in, we can keep it there: coffee stocked, a desk ready before the new hire's first day, the flickering light fixed before anyone mentions it.
It's optional, quoted separately, and you ask about it at handoff. It's not in the setup price, and it never has to be.
